Welcome to the web site for the Town Health Check for Fleet and Church Crookham in the north east of Hampshire.  The aim of this site is to act as a base for gathering and disseminating information on our community in order to protect and enhance our area.

The Fleet & Crookham Civic Society is hosting this community project aided by the Residents Association, Hart Access, and the other volunteers. The aim is to carry out an analysis of the wishes and needs of the community including residents, business and visitors.  Although individual responses will be confidential, a summary of the results will be published on this web site. The findings will be used to influence Hart Council in policy making for the town.

We need you views to help us find out what is important to you about Fleet and Church Crookham; your likes and dislikes, what you would like to see improved, or changed, what you think is missing.  This information will be used to help plan the future of the area. Below is a link to a web based questionnaire. By completing this questionnaire on line, you are helping us to analyse the results much more efficiently.
